Thesis Title: What Can Universal Design Know? Scientific Research about Human Bodies in Disability-Accessible Design
About
I am a doctoral candidate working in the fields of critical disability studies, science & technology studies, and feminist theories of design and embodiment. My dissertation considers the production and use of scientific knowledge about bodies in Universal Design.
I am also interested in pedagogy and the development of syllabi and curriculum to make classroom experiences more accessible to students.
